A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may receive a full deposit refund or apply the deposit as a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full session fee. Once our registered nurse has departed for your appointment, the full session fee remains applicable.
